I called on a weekend regarding a slow/backed up sewr line and recieved a prompt call back. Owen was very professional and friendly. In the end, I ended up going with a different option due to reasons unrelated to Roco, but based on my experience with Roco, I recommend them and will keep them in mind for future needs.
We had a basement drain overflowing after running the washing machine which quickly turned into the drain overflowing during showers. Called Owen from Roco (Row-Co) and he was there the next day. Owen was really personable, professional, knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Very quickly figured out the issue was tree roots. He was in and out in about an hour and made sure to get as much cleared out as he could to the city street. Not a drop of water coming up anymore. We had an emergency backed up pipe at our business and Owen was able to come in right away in the evening. He came recommended by several businesses in town. Very skilled, personable, and dependable. Great service. Highly recommended.
