We booked an appointment, but it’s been over 2 hours and we still haven’t been seen. It really feels like they don’t value patients’ time. If we were the ones late or missed the appointment, we’d be charged a “no-show” fee — but apparently the same standard doesn’t apply to them. I hope they learn to manage their schedule better, or at least avoid overbooking patients if they can’t keep up. Waiting over 2 hours (and counting) is just too much.
When we had a temporary lapse in Alberta Health care, they demanded that we submit a draft for $5,000 before my pregnant wife could even see a doctor. That was in October/November of 2024. Today, August of 2025, it’s been 5 months since our Alberta Health Care was re-instated and we requested a refund from the clinic as advised by Alberta Health Care. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the doctors here. Dr. Crickard was my main OB but I had the pleasure of visiting with a few others at the clinic and at the Rockyview hospital. Every doctor made me feel very comfortable, cared for, and took the time to answer my questions clearly. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the clinics staff. They were horrible.
