Called a month ago to get a quote for an installation. Was told $650 and that it was good until the end of the month. Called well before the deadline to schedule, only to be told they couldnt find any record of the estimate so it was no good. They would have to come to the house and do another. Fine.*** shows up, is here ten minutes and takes three pictures. He then hands me a bill for TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. For an estimate that we were never told would have a fee and that THEY messed up on! Who does that!?
