Rockys solar team provided great customer service. The installation team were on time, gave clear explanation about the installation and completed the work with no issues. Excellent from start to finish.
Had my solar panels replaced and a battery installed by Rocky’s Solar in Sale. From the initial phone call, to the quote and installation, the team at Rocky’s has been friendly, helpful and completely transparent about delays caused by weather (too windy, too hot) and supply issues. No hidden costs, completed as stated.Turned up when they said they would. No dragging out time frames. Site was left clean, extremely happy with service. Cannot recommend you guys enough!!!
