I would like to share our recent experience with Lucas from Rocky's Plumbing and Heating Ltd. This summer while traveling to Tuktoyuktuk we encountered leaking propane regulator in our camper. We got to Inuvik on a Sunday. We called the 24 hr emergency line and Lucas responded immediately. He came out to the campsite, assessed the problem, went back to his shop, got the parts and fixed our problem.
