My daughter is not local. She brought her vehicle here after having issues. He was professional, kind and honest. He explained things to her and did not pressure her. The follow up with her showed excellent customer service as well.

He was absolutely fantastic. Got me right in first thing. As a woman, he was very friendly no condescension or mansplaining. Will definitely be making this my normal mechanic!

I got into a small accident nearby, and I was worried if it's safe to drive the car home. The staff here carefully checked the car for me, and assured me it's OK to drive the car back home to repair, without charging me anything. (Bad business would scare the shit out of me and find ways to profit from the situation). This really increases my confidence in shops like this.
