After all that time, I was suddenly told they could not fix it. I then had to arrange another tow through AAA and pay extra out of pocket. I got into a small accident nearby, and I was worried if it's safe to drive the car home. The staff here carefully checked the car for me, and assured me it's OK to drive the car back home to repair, without charging me anything. (Bad business would scare the shit out of me and find ways to profit from the situation). This really increases my confidence in shops like this.
Fair and honest pricing. Got the job done on time.
Same day service on a radiator problem. Kept me informed of cost and had my car back the same day!
