I got into a small accident nearby, and I was worried if it's safe to drive the car home. The staff here carefully checked the car for me, and assured me it's OK to drive the car back home to repair, without charging me anything. (Bad business would scare the shit out of me and find ways to profit from the situation). This really increases my confidence in shops like this.
Fair and honest pricing. Got the job done on time.
Same day service on a radiator problem. Kept me informed of cost and had my car back the same day!
Rocky's is the only local repair shop I trust, he is straight forward, honest and trains his staff well. They have always been fair with me and taken good care of my vehicles. His staff has always been great about making sure I understand what work was performed and why. These are all rare things to find in a shop as a woman, these guys rock!
