“Don - where have you been?” I had been training at Rocky’s Fitness for about 6 months. When I was sidelined with a heel injury (from pickleball) and didn’t show up for 2 weeks, Dana reached out to see where I was. When I told her what was going on, she said “we can help you with that. I have an opening at 10am tomorrow, can you make it?” When I went in, Rocky spent time with me, examined my foot, and gave me specific exercises to recover quickly. I started training here a month ago and I'm really feeling the improvement in my overall fitness. The staff is great, very knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging. They're not just some muscle heads throwing tires around, they really know what they are doing.

I broke my shoulder in a skiing accident and was a wreck for a year. Continued going to Rocky’s and struggled. Then I met with Rocky in a one on one. It took another month or so, but now I’m better than EVER!!! Can’t say enough about Rocky and his trainers. Everyone is so personable and caring, too!!!
