I was driving behind a vehicle from this business and their load of gravel wasn’t well secured. My windshield ended up with about 8 new chips, three of which were significant.
I had a french drain that needed to be added to my new construction mobile home on my permanent foundation. Lupe came in the cheapest and came out and did the work for me. About 4 months later we had one of our workers crush part of it and he came out and did the repairs quickly. About 6 months later I noticed the french drain was not draining, I called him to come take a look. He offered to give me a full refund instead, less than a week later I had a check in the mail.
