Rockypest rescheduled my appointment to the following day without telling me ~ wasting a whole day!!! So rude and inconsiderate. No apology, no explanation ~ nothing except for some vague mumbling. If you're booking with this lot, double check to make sure they're actually coming to do the job at the agreed time!! I'd give a zero star if I could, for wasting my time and causing stress you've been warned!!! Very happy with the service we received from Robert and Rockypest! Inspection was arranged very quickly and the report was sent to us day of. Texted Rob with some questions and he called immediately and explained everything to me. Professional, prompt, honest and reliable. We would not hesitate to call them again when we buy our next property 😊
We have used Rocky Pest previously and found them to be very good They have done termite and general pest treatments at our home but what impressed me was the detailed report provided following the termite treatment Today we have had them back to do another general pest treatment after having had some carpet moths in the house from a woolen rug I never heard of these pests before but Rocky Pest have dealt with them as a part of the general treatment
