Outstanding facility and service.
My husband and I decided to make a last-minute trip to the mountains for my birthday. We were lucky enough to get a room at Rocky Waters. We had never stayed there, but both of us remembered seeing it as we were growing up and traveling with our parents. This small luxury hotel is nothing short of amazing. We were greeted by Dakota as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. She explained room options to us and checked us in quickly and efficiently. Great location and friendly staff. We did a quick, weekend getaway for our 29th wedding anniversary and it was perfect.
The staff, room, view, and walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg are amazing! A staff member met us when we pulled in to help us park and show us our room. The creek outside the balcony is stunning. The staff tidied our room everyday while we were out. We got breakfast and dinner at the connecting restaurant. And it was so nice to leave our vehicle and walk to Gatlinburg. Highly recommend.
