To Start off Eli seems nice, but transmission guy he is not, they built the transmission twice had it back to them numerous times they never could get it right so I took it to some one who could, at the time of disassembly the transmission had 100+\- miles on the second rocky top rebuild. They found a bolt in the pan that had fell out of the parking gear guide, faulty planetary, bad sprag, reverse input drum burnt up, all forward clutches burnt up, and the band was toast. $1,000 hard earned money flushed down the drain cause... read more

Randy was a great person to deal with and honest
I've brought my personal transmissions, and customers here to be rebuilt, ive never had any issues at all. It's been 4+ years since they did my avalanche still running like new. Im bring my 2018 silverado next day or so. Good people, good work. Highly recommend
