They installed a backsplash with an electrical plug behind a grill so it is totally unusable. When I tried to get some assistance from them in figuring out a solution the response was “not our problem “. I will never use them again based on their unwillingness to address issues.
These guys bought a Flex Plate from us, when we went to get payment from them they stated that the plate didn't fit, was the wrong one, but refused to send it back. When I finally offered to send a shipping label, they made up a story about how their building got burnt down by a bunch of Black Lives Matters/LBGT liberals. These guys are southern, dishonest, trash thats all I can say about them.
