Wanted to make offer on some property in fentress county,so we contacted Dino Cates.He would not submit the offer to the seller because he thought it was too low.He was extremely rude and snarky.A good realtor submittes all offers to sellers and let's them decide if it's too low or not.I then contacted a Real realtor that actually helped us buy land.So in short..Thank you Dino for showing us what a realtor should Not do!
Would not recommend, poor communication to sellers. Uploads listing to internet and does nothing else.
