Staff was very friendly and was able to extract all 4 wisdom teeth quickly. Would highly recommend RockyTop and Dr. Houston as your go to place for wisdom teeth removal.
My daughter’s wisdom teeth were recently removed and her experience was great. The doctor and staff were kind and very capable. We hadn’t visit to this office previously, but I would definitely recommend them. The procedure was very fast, and the doctor spoke with me after to let me know how the surgery went. When we were referred to Rocky Top for nose surgery, I contacted their office to ensure our Anthem insurance was in network. Their office confirmed this was the case but after the surgery, I was surprised to learn the hospital fees associated with the surgery was not in network. I was initially told this was a mistake, but after months of trying to get this resolved I am stuck with over $5000 of costs I was not expecting. I was disappointed in not being informed properly and would not recommend using their services.
Super nice and fixed all my daughter’s problems! She said her mouth has never felt better!!
