We called to redeem a gift card from last fall and were told that rockytop was no longer in business. that it was replaced by a new company and the card could not be redeemed
This, by far, was the best way to see the smokies. We actually had a bear pass about 10ft if front of us. I recommend the 4 hour road drive.
I booked an ATV for June 22nd, about 5 days before I realised I made a booking at the wrong location and I believe I contacted them on the 17th of June to let them know and go ahead and cancel the rental as per their policy you get a full refund if cancelled 72hrs before the booking. Anthony was really helpful and said the owner is on vacation and will be back next week and to call.
