Had a great time, ended up changing my reservation at the last second and was accommodated without an issue. Had maps of great drives throughout the mountains and personal suggestions as well. Loved it. Thanks again! We will be back!
Renting a UTV is a must do and Rocky TOP Adventures made it happen at an affordable price. Sandra helped make the experience even more exciting by suggesting some of the best spots in the Smokey Mountain National Park and made the check in/check out process so easy. Definitely recommended!!
This place WOULD NOT give a refund to a person because they used there card to rent the tub and they were under 21 and they weren’t even the person that was gonna drive it. He just wanted to have fun and do something that excited him but now he can’t even do that and get his money back. YALL ARE RIDICULOUS! especially since he a tourist and we are NOT FROM HERE! so a gift card will not do nothing!!!!! give the money back!
This place did not give a refund to an underaged person (tourist) for not using a credit card of a 21- up person. There should be no reason for this person to not get his money back. This is ridiculous, give the money back. He was solely paying for the utv rental, and our friends dad was going to be responsible for the rest.
Reserved a slingshot for our anniversary trip, then cancelled it within their cancellation policy and never received my refund. It’s been over two months and each time I call I’m told there is nothing they can do. I still expect a refund it’s almost $500!!
