Nice guy...until he has nothing to gain. Then the customer gets thrown on the back burner. Had clutch replaced in my tractor. They didn't reassemble correctly, and 4x4 wouldn't engage, had to take the tractor back to be fixed again, which I wasn't happy with, but understood. Fixed the tractor and the owner agreed to return my tractor to me (after some pressing) for the inconvenience, knowing that I was behind on work because of the delay. 4 days pass after completion, no notice, no update. Nice, honest folks, reasonable price. Ray was able to pick up my mower quickly. Replaced the carburetor, changed the oil, air filter, lubed the bearings and sharpened the blade. 1 week later and my mower cuts better today than the day I brought it home.
They never answer the phone and never have anything i need
Great people couldn't ask for better service.I had a chainsaw at a hardware store over 2 months they called we can't find parts.I got in contact with Rocky Springs Supply he said bring it to me I will fix it.In one week he found parts and had it ready to pick up.These are some great people it is a drive for me but I will gladly make that drive for great service.
