What can I say about this place? I picked up two cars from there. You were supposed to pick up other cars twice, but they weren't there or the cars weren't ready, so I wasted my precious time at this place, so the rating isn't very good.
Recently bought a brand new 2025 RAM 1500 from a local dealership that had rocky ridge build them a truck. The only reason it even gets 1 star is because the truck looks super cool. The quality of everything they did was absolutely horrible. It’s been to the shop 3 times in 2 weeks and now the dealership is stating an entire door panel was broken when they put it back on and that was causing issues with my door not locking which is leaving me without a vehicle for an additional 3-5 days until the dealership gets the parts ne... read more
