The front desk is disorganized, have a terrible unnecessarily difficult attitude. Booking a simple appointment took weeks of back-and-forth, long holds, contradictory information, and zero effort to accommodate a working parent. I was repeatedly put on hold, redirected to email (only to be told later they don’t book by email), and given conflicting guidance about whether it was okay to come in when I was running 10 min late, only to arrive and be turned away. Rocky Ridge Pet Hospital has taken such wonderful care of our girl Cali over the years, and we will always be grateful for the compassion and dedication they showed her, especially in her final moments. From routine visits to the hardest goodbye, the entire team treated Cali with kindness, patience, and genuine care. Great staff and care.
After some really bad experiences here, we have decided to revise our review. We used to be happy clients until sometime shortly after Dr. Charlie (Sulko) retired. We have also seen Dr. Barnsley here, and she seemed fine. This review isn’t about either of them.
