Update! I did receive a call from John this afternoon. They switched me to a different unit and I was able to access it. Can't say that things have started off well. Rented a unit online on Monday, May 8. Received email receipt with unit number and lock code the same day. Went by this morning (May 11) at 10:30 and could get the lock to open. Called and left a voice message and sent a text per voice message instructions. The only good thing about this place is that the location is close by. There is no security whatsoever-no gates, no cameras, nobody on site and the "management" can't be reached by phone. The staff from Mexican restaurant next door park there, blocking what little drive through space there is. I've had to go into the restaurant twice to ask them to move so I could get out. Do yourself a favor and check out the other options in the area before renting here

I have a unit here and the place is great, met the owner John and he is incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend getting a unit here.
