My wife and I had a terrible experience with Rocky Ridge. I applied for an available unit and paid the $45 application fee. Throughout the process, the staff was in regular communication with us and made it sound like the apartment was essentially ours for move-in. A few days later, I checked their website and saw the listing had disappeared.
