Will stay here again when passing through. Clean, well maintained rooms, friendly service, great location.
I have stayed at the Rocky Resort dozens of times over the past 10-12 years. I always love the hospitality and service. Rooms are starting to look a bit outdated. Desperately need rooms downstairs with 2 beds. I am disabled and can’t do stairs, but no other option. Shower head is terrible. Needs to be updated. When was the last time the beds were replaced? Bases are filthy. Overall still for value, the best place in Rocky to stay.
Rooms were untidy - cockroach remained on bathroom floor for the entirety of stay and cover was just pulled up on bed (not made up properly). Bathroom looked like it needed a really good clean and towels were not replaced even though placed on floor. Aside from room condition - staff were friendly and eager to assist.
I stayed at the motel for 11 days to work at the hospital. The hotel was clean, and room was massive! A great plus is that Aldi is just next door and the service centre is a 2 min walk as well. The managers looking after the place were incredibly kind and generous, Rick dropped me off on my first of work at the hospital as I have no way of transport! What a great place to stay. From the moment we got to reception to the time we left was a great experience. The lady at reception was lovely . The room was clean , big and the bed super comfy. We had a great night stay. The spa was amazing.
