I've just recently moved to DV and visited Rocky Rapids twice in the last 6 months. Exceptional vets and staff both times. 1st time my cat didn't like the move but I was sure there was something wrong with his howling. The vet did an exam and said he seemed healthy but against her advice I wanted ultrasound and urine sample due to his past health issues and it turns out she was right, there was nothing wrong. Prompt professional service. Receptionist went above and beyond in helping me with paperwork. Most importantly everyone treated my boy wonderfully, great team!
I was in a bit of a confusing situation and unsure whether I should head to the vet or not, I called Rocky Rapids in a panic and the lady that answered the phone was so gentle, kind, and reassuring. She answered all of my quick questions kindly, gave me the signs and symptoms to watch out for, and was sympathetic and professional the whole time! They’ve been there for us through everything from routine procedures and emergency surgeries to the incredibly difficult experience of saying goodbye. Great clinic with great staff. My dogs are excited to go into the building. Expensive. But so is everything now adays.
