We love Rocky Rapids vet the service and the staff are amazing!!
Most of the vets are really good. Very compassionate and take time to explain. The staff at the front end and vet assistants are great! We have had our cats and dogs here. Recently we had to say goodbye to two of our elderly dogs and they have been very helpful and caring with us. They offer a variety of services to make the visits easier. I would recommend this business in the Drayton Valley area if you need it.
I just want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Winder, vet tech Nikki, and the entire team at the clinic for the amazing care they gave to my girl Bella during her recent dental. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. Not only was the care top-notch, but the cost came in much lower than expected. Thank you again!
I'd rate less if I could. What you pay for a procedure is 3x the cost of going an hour away to any other place who care about the animals more than the money. The staff have been unprofessional when there and have also been awful on the phone. I brought in a 43 pound snake to get meds because sadly the next available vet was a 4 hour trip away, and we didn’t mind using the local clinic as Dr Howse has an interest in reptiles and was able to get us the meds needed saving the shelter funding, although for diagnosis she does no... read more
