I’ve posted before but I just have to tell you and show you the most beautiful job Rocky Point Jewelers did on an heirloom ring that belonged to my mother-in-law. I’ve had it for many years but unfortunately lost the coral stone that had been fitted to remind her of the beach….it was her favorite place. We weren’t able to find another coral stone but decided on her birthstone, a garnet. It took no time at all to hear back that it was ready for pick up. Was buying a chain with a pendant. I stated that I wasn’t crazy about the pendant being a different color gold compared to the chain. The woman helping me stated “well that’s the color, I can’t do anything about it”. Maybe, try to find one that is the same tone as the chain? Or at bare minimum don’t respond that rudely? When writing up the invoice I stated I would be paying cash. Some places charge a percentage for card fee so I wanted to specify I was paying cash. What a fantastic experience with Rocky Point Jewelers. I called and they answered immediately, friendly & informatively. Ann-Maria invited me to come to their shop & help me she did. Ann-Maria was generous & exceeded my expectations. It is no wonder that Rocky Point Jewelers has been a successful neighborhood business for decades. Thank you all for a great visit.
