I travel around and enjoy supporting local gyms. Unfortunately this one is only staffed 2 hours a day on weekday evenings so only welcoming to locals or those that happen in during those times, if they sell day passes.
The A-1 Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Team brought me by for a look at Your Gym. Very excited about joining. My gym stuff is orange so it works perfect! Have been a member of Anytime Fitness and the Management is great, just so many members come to sit on equipment and text endlessly. Being older, it is confusing. I only come to the gym to get exercise and train for my health. I can sit somewhere else. Isn’t “sitting,” the new smoking? Excited about my future at Your Gym. Thanks!
