Common spirit is poorly managed and provides very bad service I say this to say they will hand you someone else’s discharge papers and confuse your entire process for you. Employees are often unhelpful, orders are delayed or incorrect, and customers have a hard time getting problems resolved. And end up having to spend hundreds and thousands of dollars to get treatment. Terrible experience with Dr. Jonathan Daniels. Told him I wanted to remove my implant and replace it with a new one. The first 10-15 mins he has been trying to convince me using Google AI. Then, I tell him again I want to get it removed. He removes it and puts in the new one. Did not give my my card for the expiration date. Just walks out and didn’t tell me the do’s and don’t. Just very unprofessional overall. This place use to be a good place.

Estoy totalmente disgustado, nos han hecho perder el tiempo a mi y a mi esposa. Necesitabamos que nos llenenaran una documentacion de tristar para el trabajo de mi esposa y siempre la llenaban incompleta. Me parece absurdo que no sepan que es eso o no sepan llenarla, ya que es algo muy comun. Lo siento pero no confiaria el parto de mi esposa a personas que no le prestan atencion ni a una planilla

If you want people who actually care don’t go here. Provider was okay but I talked to the ultrasound tech about the issue I was experiencing during the ultrasound and she said my provider wasn’t correct about why it was happening.
