I stopped to get some paint supplies and then was ready to check out, and told the gentleman I was ready to check out, and he was unable to help me , and he advised me to go and find the other gentleman there to have him check me out. I guess I was disappointed that the original guy couldn’t step out and ask the other guy to process me out. I didn’t feel like it was my place to locate the other employee . So , I put my supplies back on the shelf and left.
I came down thismorning with my wife to return a tire she was standing at there varry small counter in the back when the cashier allowed another man to walk up right beside my wife in her personal space and helped him while my wife was trying to find her reciept then the gye walked right in between my wife and I and cashier just looked at us like we wer the problem I work at db supply in emette I will no longer recommend anyone shop at truevalue any longer we value customer service and the costomer that is standing in front ... read more
These are the nicest, helpful and very knowledgeable people. Every time I go in not just this time there is someone right there asking if I need help. I took a part into the store that I didn’t even buy there (this time) and they took the time to explain how to install and make it work for what I needed. Thank you!!!
I was quoted 1-2 weeks for some lawnmower work. After 3 weeks I called again and was told to bring it in, and since it had been scheduled for a couple of weeks, it would be a quick in and out fix.
