Don't let this guy fix your truck! I gave him the right model and vin number, but he brought the wrong parts. He made me wait overnight and then came back the next morning to get the parts. The next day, he didn't have all the tools, so I had to go back for more. Then he didn't have enough coolant, so I had to go back for more! The total labor time was 11 hours! And I was charged roadside fees twice ！It's so infuriating! It took so long just to replace a belt!

I blew a tire on my way down from Idaho. I couldn't find a tire shop. I limped into Tremonton and made a call to Rocky Mountain Truck Repair. Jerry came out after hours and did a great job. I really appreciate his efforts to get me back on the road and provided me a solid chance at delivering on time. Ty RMTR and a special "Thank You" to Jerry.

This is a kind of service they provide be aware this place truck drivers especially owner operators unprofessional customer service and worst technicians I never seen a place like this my life, it’s a day light robbery I called my wheel seal was leaking they didn’t fix my problem they charged me 1800$ plus 250$ for deposit for what doing nothing I need explanation for this

I’ve NEVER dealt with a company so unorganized.. The tire repair tech Jason Bagley showed 3 hours late. Then he said he didn’t have the tools he needed , he would be right back. then Jason called me 10 minutes later and said the air compressor on his truck didn’t work and he would have to drive to Logan ( 2.5 hour round trip) and get a different truck. The tire repair toke a total of 10.5 hours and over $2000 dollars. I don’t know how they stay in business. NEVER EVER CALL AGAIN!!!

I called them to get the tire changed. I asked them if they had time. They said yes. I said I would come to your shop for 45 minutes and I would like to get the tire changed for the trailer. I said I also need the tire. I asked them for the rate. If so, what is the rate for the tire? They told me the rate for the used tire was 156 dollars. I said, okay, okay.
