This company is the biggest scam ever. I should’ve looked at the reviews before calling them because people are complaining about the same thing that I’m just about to write about. They told me that they would be up to 90 minutes away and I waited three hours and was charged all three hours. My husband drove from Chicago to Madison and beat them here. $700 to replace a customer tire. Inflated the bill by 1 hour, added sales tax when I didn't buy anything and added extra fees to raise the price. Never use these guys.
I was parked across the highway and was able to coordinate with Chris as to when a tech would be available to repair a busted break line. It was super helpful so I wouldn't have to start my clock until they were ready and waste any time waiting. Speaking of super helpful; their tech Colm got me in and out in no time at all. F1 pit crews would be impressed. It was so refreshing dealing with professionals who know their jobs and understand mine. Good job team!
