They stated that they charge from their shop until they return to their shop at $195 hr. I told them I broke a serpentine belt. When their technician showed up about 4 hours later he immediately checked the AC compressor and stated that it was locked up and I would need a new one which they didn't have. He had been there all of 10 minutes. Took atleast 30 minutes for online billing to clear thru their app. Charged me $900... read more
DONT USE..outrageous fees..you could tow your truck to a dealer, have the dealer repair the part,with a new part for half of their fees..they don't disclose all fees..they try to Mickey mouse repairs, and will use incorrect parts , SHOP ELSEWHERE
Unreal..didn't finish job..outrageous charge..run fast, find someone else..
