I had the pleasure of working with one of their road techs, Duane Shelton. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked with me trying to find a party late on a Sunday night. Once he had exhausted all his options he gave me the part number and I found one locally which he promptly installed. Then the poor guy waited for me to get payment squared away. Thank you Duane. If you are going to break down in this area you need to do it between 0600-1400. Cooper is the perfect picture of what customer service should look like. I don’t deal with the money side of things, so I can’t really say if they are the cheapest, but honesty and integrity are a commodity that has no price tag. I hope that your experience with these guys will be as pleasant as mine.
