I have been a customer of Craig & Doug ever since they opened. I have found that they are always honest and straightup with me regarding prices and time frame. They have always worked me into their busy schedule. Usually if I bring my car in earlier in the day they are able to get it back to me same day. Rarely do they keep it overnight. Being a woman and not knowing much about auto maintenance and repair, I needed a shop I could trust. I can trust that when Craig tells me I need to buy or repair something on my car, it is what I need and not just to make a sale. I have been ripped off before, by these kinds of aggressive mechanics tactics. He will tell me what I need now, what I can make do with, or how long I may be able to put it off. He has even worked hard to get a used part, to save me money.
These fellas really like their job and it shows in their service. They are fast, efficient, and go the "extra mile." I thought I needed a new battery and a new alternator...but shortly after they received my car I got a call explaining I only need a battery. Honesty really impresses me...and I don't impress easily. My Chevrolet stalled on the freeway-I was stranded. Craig drove by and stopped to offer help. he towed me to his shop (with his personal truck) and found a way to fit me in to their work bay. He found the problem (bad fuel pump), at a more reasonable cost than I would have thought, fixed it, and I was on my way. That was a great way to make a lifetime customer out of me!
