They refused to see me any longer because the receptionist felt I was rude to her. I never cussed at her, I never called her names, we just weren't understanding each other and getting frustrated, so I hung up, as it seemed the best thing to do so things didn't escalate. Dr Donaldson did tubes for my 17 month old and the experience was smooth and went perfect
Had surgery here and Dr Yost and nurses were very helpful and caring
I had my tonsils out back in April at Rocky Mountain with Dr. Yost. It was the best experience. From the pre op ladies Melanie and Caralee, to Annie in the procedure and Jamie in recovery. I have never been treated so well at a surgery center. Usually you feel like cattle getting wheeled in and out. Not here. It was the best experience. Highly recommend this surgery center.
