Rocky mountain supply has some of worst customer service experiences I have had ever! Something that should have been simple turned into a 2 week ordeal. BEWARE, first time stove installer DIYer and any female not just picking out brick for a fireplace! I was having my son put a wood stove into my cabin. FIRST OFF, Myself and my daughter both noticed how differently I was treated than when my son was asking these guys the same questions. Came here to buy a stone to put a memorial plaque on for my son who died. Logan was super helpful, kind and compassionate. They donated to rock for us. Highly recommend this company for kindness and compassion with their customers
