Nice folks. Seem limited on knowledge of fireplaces and stoves though. Sales people recommend things that are nowhere near possible. Had to get accurate information from Joe, the installer. Still, I am going back to RM supply because they seem to be the only place with the ability to get parts for Blaze King stoves. Joe was awesome! He educated me very well on our old stove and found a new insert that would fit our oddly shaped old fireplace. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Thank you Joe!
