The building and rooms are very dated and way overpriced for what you get. I was embarrassed to have my German friend to stay in such a run down place. Never again

We had to do a last minute and booked because it was the cheapest price. You get what you pay for but we did expect a 3.5 star room. It is not. The room is very old. The bed & pillows even older. No cups no coffee nothing. Very loud, you hear every step and laugh above you. Basic but did the trick. Beautiful view from balcony. Service, didn't have much so neutral rating.

Grossly overpriced!!! No rooms left in Radium or area on Sept 20, so we had no options except bend over and take it. It should be unlawful to overcharge for such awful accommodations. Worst. stay. ever. $338 plus $113 on taxes is highway robbery!!! At best it should’ve been $90 a night. Hasn’t been updated in years, awful beds, toilet ran, sink had slow drain, tap hard to turn on/off, tiny Dixie cups for water/coffee, sleeps 4 but only gives 2 towels, no soap, amenities.
