You can't ask for a better fitness/self-defense training club that is locally-owned and managed. Nina & Tim go above and beyond in their community too, and make you feel like family.
This is a very beautiful space with great energy! Nina is such a natural and I really enjoyed her yoga class! I highly recommend her and this facility.
I took a Zumba class and the instructor was wonderful, great energy and I love what she said there are no mistakes just accidental solos 🤗 which is great because in dance sometimes that happens
