Alex is amazing for pelvic floor treatment. I’ve been dealing with my condition for 10 years. Seen multiple doctors, other pelvic floor therapists who all didn’t help me. Alex did! I’m so grateful for her kindness, compassion and understanding of the integration of mind and body. Highly recommend treatment with her.
Went twice; my insurance was billed $800+, and the 20-something "PT" talked the whole time and then told me she was quitting. I asked for follow up exercise instructions that she said she was going to give me, but she blew me off. Assumably because she was quitting. Very unprofessional.
It started out well and I was given a program to work on with their therapist but over the next week or two the support became lackluster. Last discussion was with them to set up new appointments - they haven't called me so assume they've dropped me as a client. Disappointing as I'm a returning customer and last time was good.
