Went twice; my insurance was billed $800+, and the 20-something "PT" talked the whole time and then told me she was quitting. I asked for follow up exercise instructions that she said she was going to give me, but she blew me off. Assumably because she was quitting. Very unprofessional.
It started out well and I was given a program to work on with their therapist but over the next week or two the support became lackluster. Last discussion was with them to set up new appointments - they haven't called me so assume they've dropped me as a client. Disappointing as I'm a returning customer and last time was good.
I went in with leg and back pain last year, being unsure if PT would remedy my problems as I had never done it before other than a targeted injury rehab. I worked with Dr Syme, and I'm incredibly happy to share that not only did she help address my issues while under her care, she set me up for success to keep them in check on my own. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! The staff is friendly and super supportive, and really knows what they’re doing. After suffering from sciatic nerve pain on and off my entire life, I decided to do something about it and am so glad I did. Within a month I was feeling so much better and now have no pain at all (and I even have a list of exercises to do just in case!). Physical therapy is so worth it, wish I’d have realized this sooner.
