Alex. Great therapist will all the tools so the patient can succeed if they put in the effort. You got what you got because you did what you did. You have the tools to succeed if you use them. An excellent facility with a very knowledgeable staff that are provided with great tools to help the patient succeed. It took 3 months of therapy to get back to my best after shoulder injury. Thank you.

This is an amazing healing place. I saw 3 doctors who were unable to do anything. Fifteen minutes in, these ladies had reset my knee with a POP and set me on a route to recovery. I met my goal and did a 5 day backpacking trip within 2 months after not being able to put weight on one leg when I started. I was only able to achieve this goal with their help. They are smart and outsmarted me several times with unique exercises I thought I couldn't do. It is a really great place to recover and get strong.

PT Alex was exceptional. She is highly attentive, brings deep empathy to every session, and is incredibly knowledgeable. She provided crucial encouragement when I needed it most and communicates seamlessly with neurodivergent individuals. I felt completely safe, respected, and cared for during every appointment.

Lauren’s individualized approach made me feel supported at every milestone. Her communication was clear and her assessments were thorough and carefully tailored to my needs. The support staff were friendly and professional as well! I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport Physical Therapy to anyone needing quality physical therapy.
