Jessica was very professional and knowledgeable, answer all my questions
Initially they said my copay was $45 but then they decided it was actually 208.98 and sent me a bill almost a year later (this is despite the fact that I have insurance) All it was was a small issue with my wrist and one visit. When I call, instead of getting a live agent, they tell me to dispute my claim online. Would not recommend.
My therapist Christy is amazing and a very skilled physical therapist. I highly recommend RMSS for all physical therapy needs.
Therapists are on time, prepared and kind.
