The ladies here are phenomenal, store is nice and clean. Reason for 1 star is the price hike. Not sure how its acceptable to hike prices by roughly 45%!!!!
Long time fan of their products and staff is always helpful and friendly. I recently had a special experience where Jen from the Red Deer store showed me a little extra kindness and it’s exactly what I needed.
I value everything this company stands for. And I love how it doesn't sell makeup.
Red carpet service!! I brought my daughter and her friends there for her 12th birthday. Wow!! I was blown away with all of the kindness that the ladies working showed all of us (moms included). They taught them so very much about skin care and all of it’s great quality products 🥰 I have used these products for years but had no clue how many different products they really had!! We will be spending way more time there from now on!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting and was assisted by Lila. She graciously offered an additional hand scrub experience, which was incredibly soothing and enhanced my overall visit. Lila's warm and kind demeanor made me feel welcome throughout the entire experience, leaving a lasting positive impression.
