My daughter and I absolutely adore this place!! She has awful eczema, but their soap feels wonderful on her skin. And their balm nearly immediately alleviates any discomfort she's feeling! As for me, their bath bombs always relax me after a tough day. Wonderful scents _and_ they feel so nice on my skin! The employees are also incredible! They fully hear you out and immediately find an item to help you. They're also so considerate! Wonderful people!

Went in while at the mall with my mom for her birthday, I was asking about birthday freebies just for fun - the lady was very passive aggressive, and told me if my mom had been a member she would already know. Not planning on going back
Had an amazing chat with Taylor. Such a refreshing personality that is rare to find in retail world now a days. Loves her job, knows her fragrances and above all, listens and understands what customer likes and works on suggestions accordingly. She won a customer today. :) Keep up the good work!
