Love the new lineups
I did two returns (face serum and candle – both were gifts) and it was a very unpleasant experience at the Market Mall location. I had a full face rash from the Calming Natural Face Serum and the store manager Maddy said “possibly the product is old?”. This is concerning since the product had no expiry date. As for the candle, it won't stay lit for more than 15 minutes. AND to top this all off- apparently in this digital world I was not able to get a digital giftcard for my returns. Visited Rocky Mountain Soap Company for the first time and was blown away by the customer service. An Asian lady working there (I didn’t catch her name) was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful, taking the time to explain products and offer great recommendations. Definitely coming back!
Was just taken care of by Rachel at Market Mall. She was very knowledgable and gracious. It was is if one of my own daughters was helping out. I bought several different "flavours" to try out and will certainly be back for more. Great experience.
