Bought the foot balm a couple weeks ago, the associate working was super friendly! The foot balm works really well for my super dry feet :)
We have bought a few products from here and aside from the products being great and natural the service is top notch. My daughter wanted a bath bomb and the sales associate offered her a free one that was slightly damaged. Above and beyond.
The Assistant Manager is lacking customer service skills. I asked about current promotions and was ignored. I was not greeted upon entering, even though the store was not busy and I was the only customer.
Amazing staff on top of everything else.
I haven't bin in the new location yet and I went last week... it's amazing Lisa is pretty cool too. I'll be back soon, I had a great experience.
