Shadeen is my favourite at Rocky because her fun personality and customer service is 11/10. She knows what products to recommend me from asking me fact finding questions but also knows my favourites and will recommend me new products based on my favourite scents! I will definitely be continuing to shop here as I always get the best service from Shadeen!

I visited The Rocky Mountains Soap Company today, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The vibe in the shop was incredibly positive and vibrant. I had the pleasure of speaking with Alex, who was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through my purchases with genuine care. It felt like a true alignment! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for natural products and a positive shopping experience.
They have a great selection, and my personal favourite is the Lemongrass from the Everything Wash collection! Shoutout to Sam, the Sales Associate, for her helpfulness - she even tried cutting a bath bomb in half for me when I asked. It didn’t work, but her effort and friendly service made my visit extra pleasant. Thanks, Sam!
