If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I purchased a Groupon for IPL. The morning of my appointment she texted me and said she had a family emergency and asked if I could come in two hours later. No problem, I know things come up. I got there and she was still not there. There was about 4 other people waiting too! When I finished she said she was running a special for 2 peels for 150.00, so I purchased. If I could give 0 stars I would. She burned my face with the photo facial machine and acted as if it was nothing. It hurt and I pulled away, she didn’t look at it or put anything on it to stop the burning. Totally ignored it and said it was Nothing. I called immediately after I left because it really began to hurt. I sent photos and asked for a call back. I send photos the next day and asked for a call back total silence. And still no response. I want my money back.
They took my money without permission and won’t send me my money back as they said they would! I have emails saying they will refund me but NEVER got anything back. They don’t return my emails or answer the phone. I’m about to post on my social media accounts and expose how their service works maybe they will respond then
Valerie moved without bothering to notify her clients. Now after I prepaid for two sessions, she is unreachable and I'm out $200.
Unfortunately I have to agree with Kayla as my experience was very similar. I went for about 6 weeks and the service was great! Then all of sudden two weeks ago I was ghosted. I've stop by several times, called and emailed but no response at all. All this happened after I had just signed up for more services. Very disappointed about the lack of communication.
