I went through a horrible time and was very angry and said some things about the nurse practioner that came to where I live. Since then, have apologized profusely, the nu rse here talked to them telling them I have changed and I'm sorry. Asked if they would see me again, they will not. So much for their "compassion, understanding, and patient ways of working with the disabled and elderly. If they thought about it, they would have known it was just fear and anger and me spouting off. They are a joke.
Indifferent care and nothing but excuses. Just left my mother sick and getting weaker. Said wait for four days and they would check on her then. Don't ever get sick in rehab on a Friday.
