We’ve been taking our daughter for a few months now! RMSDF is a great, friendly, focused group that are passionate about teaching their clientele about self-defense and fitness! The John and Josh have been very supportive and go beyond their training to provide support to our daughter who learns slower. Getting in and working directly one on one with her so she understands. The coaches here are very professional and are really great with kids, welcoming to all new comers and even helping one on one during some of the course components. It is an absolute joy to see my kiddos excited and enjoying Krav
Great class and good positive atmosphere
Truly excellent school. John has built a community around the common desire of self improvement and protecting others. Everyone of all belt levels are very helpful and willing to learn and teach and practice. The Krav classes are very practical with emphasis on real world considerations and realities. The focus is on self defense and going home safe. Definitely recommend for those seeking grounded and effective training.
