It didn't work out for me at this place, but the training is decent. Just don't sign a membership contract. I am being polite by not airing my entire grievances here. You do offer all the things you mentioned and I stand by what I said about signing any contract with this business. Learn from my mistake.

We’ve been taking our daughter for a few months now! RMSDF is a great, friendly, focused group that are passionate about teaching their clientele about self-defense and fitness!
