I have never met an individual more involved, skilled and passionate about Krav Maga and Cross Fit than John, the owner of Rocky Mountain Self Defense in Castle Rock. This is by far and hands down the hardest, most exciting, and realistic fight training, and self defense I have ever experienced. In addition, I know for sure my teenage son, who also trains under John, will be safe. I am hooked!
Beware signing contracts – Beware the contracts. We were forced to pay for a full year even though we couldn't come. It doesn't even matter if you move. We had to pay for 8 months for services not rendered. This is totally up to the owner and he made us pay even though two of his students came in because of us. He told my teens they had to find two more kids to take over their contracts. This is also NOT a family friendly place like I'd seen advertised. Foul language is REQUIRED.
