I have owned two other far infrared saunas at my holistic healthcare clinic for the last 14 yrs. We finally upgraded to a Rocky Mountain Sauna and we will never go back. I had been in the market for a far infrared sauna for a while before I stumbled upon Rocky Mountain Saunas. After using one at a local spa a number of times, I knew I wanted one and I had even gotten some quotes from other big name companies. Every other company I talked to I had a hard time getting a straight answer about pricing and the conversations just felt like upselling rather than answering my questions. Great company with excellent staff and very well built products. I have had my Durango model sauna for over 5 years now, and it gets used up to twice daily in the winter months. Still working perfectly and it’s still beautiful. I recently reached out to Rocky Mountain Sauna for some help and the responded immediately and with generous help. One cannot go wrong with a purchase from this company, in my experience.
Ordered the Durango sauna and couldn't be happier. The sauna arrived within 5 days of placing the order and was packed very well, no damage upon arrival. I needed help to move a couple of the boxes due to weight and it was also great having a second set of hands when assembling. For the Durango, I did have to get an electrician to install a higher amp circuit but that wasn't a big deal. The sauna looks great, functions great, and I have been using it daily since we got it. I have buyers remorse. I wanted to support a local Colorado company and after reading reviews online I decided to go with Rocky Mountain Sauna’s. I placed my order over the phone and decided to save $300 in shipping and pick it up my self. I rented a uhual cargo van and it fit perfectly. I got the 2 seater Colorado model with the red cedar upgrade.
