They are WAY too busy to handle all the work they have. Took a moth to get my mower back, and when I got it home it still had issues. I took it back immediately and now it's been nearly another 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. Calling to find out anything takes you straight to voice mail. Updating my rating: a phone call with a sincere apology goes a long way. Thank you for being honest and not making excuses like so many do these days.
It took about a month for them to get to mine, but when they did, they changed the front and the rear Seal. and it works perfect now, so I'd like to say thanks.
