Incredible experience at Rocky Mountain Recovery with Shelly and Meg! They have amazing energy and really know their stuff. I couldn’t believe how much better my neck and shoulder felt after just one session! If you’re dealing with tension or pain, you’ve got to check them out — total game changer!
Highly recommend! Rossiter stretching and the fitness classes have helped me build strength and start meeting my goals. Tara is amazing but everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming.
Rossiter was recommended to me by a friend for some chronic, long-term neck/shoulder/elbow pain. To say my experience with Rossiter has been tremendous is an understatement! My pain level went from an 8/10 to a 1/10 after 7 sessions. And it's lasting. They teach you the tools to keep it under control at home. The entire team is a gem to work with! I've been struggling with severe back pain from a 2021 injury that never healed correctly. I've tried so many treatments to alleviate the pain and heal my back but nothing worked. I started doing Rossiter with Meg a few months ago and this is the first therapy that's produced genuine, lasting results. Meg is magical! Highly recommend!
