Amazing spot always really clean and professional
RMR has a cozy interior, good variety and a great staff. Matt and Sierra offer suggestions and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They helped me unlock my car after I had locked myself out, going so far as to craft make shift tools to get the job done.
Visited Rocky Mountain In St.Albert was extremely disappointed in my experience. I was sold a half used disposable. When I called the store asking if there was anyway to make this right. As I paid for a product that was half used. They told me the only way to get a refund was to bring the product back in. This wouldn’t have been an issue for me. Besides I do live 8 hours away.
