We received a call a day before informing us that one of the machines was broken we said that’s fine we will take the other side by side. We then drove 2 hours to get to this place to do side by sides with a group of 8 that I scheduled several months in advance. When we arrived one of the other machines was broken and we were unable to go out. This was extremely disappointing and this was something we were really looking forward to. Absolutely horrendous customer service unlike anything I have ever experienced in my life. I was in the process of reserving an ATV rental for August of this year. The guy on the phone got aggravated regarding a few questions I had and when I asked If could receive an email confirmation. Told me to book somewhere else and that he's canceling my reservation. No wonder they have the reviews they have.
Hi together, We had our fourth time ride with rocky mountain riders. All rides were awsome , only rented the rides an have totally fun in the area behind the Workshop. Nices rides, great service and nice playground 5min to go from Workshop. I hope my next ride wouldnt take to much time because driving in these mountains is wonderful and you cant do this in germany anywhere. Luke and John were fantastic. Communicated great, did everything they could to accommodate our group even came up with a quick substitute for us when one of their ATVs was damaged. We had a small problem on the trail and Luke came right out to help us got us back on the road right away. Very thorough explanation upfront and clear instructions. Even took the time to populate our map with the best waypoints in the area. Don’t even think about it just book with these guys.

We booked the full-day Skidoo trip for a bachelorette celebration, and it exceeded expectations from start to finish. Our guide, Brent, was exceptional.
