I was called today, Monday, and informed that my appointment for tomorrow, Tuesday, is now in Longmont instead of Fort Collins, because my doctor no longer practices in Fort Collins. I asked if they had just become aware of that today. No, was the answer, “we are just telling people right before their appointments.” Clearly with no regard for adding two hours of driving to the equation.
No one let me know my surgeon had moved until I showed up for my appointment and had to call the office...in Boulder!
